Nicole, try some advil liquid gels for your tooth pain. Poke one of the liquid gels and place the liquid on the tooth that hurts. Or.. warm salt water gargles.. or I've heard of Clove Oil, never tried it but heard good stuff about it! Hopefully it helps but you really need to go to the dentist to get it checked!! Because your tooth could have a good size cavity, infection, or maybe it is abscess and will need to be extracted if it is. Please have that checked so you be to feeling better!! 143 😙

Nicole, you should get a gratitude rock. Everytime you see it or touch it you have to say something you're grateful for, I know life is tough and sometimes you feel like you're falling apart, but really you have so much to be thankful for. You live an amazing life and you are too good for negativity. Maybe even take a picture of a gratitude rock from google and set it as your background on your phone that way when you see it in your phone you will remember to alway be thankful!

I got two taken out yesterday it wasn't as bad as I thought I was more nervous and anxious sitting at the dentist than what it actually hurt I actually have not swollen and haven't had to take and pills I'm just taking lots of rest and Nicole coming through with the vlogs🙌you'll be fine :)

Quick tip... get olaplex no 3... add in tiny amounts of those Redken semis and you've made you self a colour cocktail. Shampoo twice.. towel try your hair.. apply Olaplex mixture.. leave on for 10 mins.. plus it's a great treatment. Do this once or twice a week.. and your colour won't fade!🤗
