You were not allergic to the acrylic, thats a common reaction to MMA (methyl methacrylate)( a banned acrylic liquid that is actually for dentures)! You switched texhs, and she doesnt use MMA thats why there was a difference.

Physical reaction -- If your fingers burn, itch or hurt after receiving nail services, this can indicate MMA exposure. Beauty services are not a no-pain-no-gain arena. We hear of consumers who, when asked if their fingers hurt after getting acrylic nails, say yes, but only for a couple of days. Ask yourself, if you went to a hair salon and got your hair colored or permed and your head hurt, but only for a couple of days, would you go back? No, you would not. It is not normal for your fingers to hurt after professional services. Just wanted to inform about it. Keep the good work love your videos.

What you had on you nails in the previous salon was mma liquid. The same thing was happening to me and I was freaking out. My cuticles would swell and my whole hands would itch it was so bad.. and then after doing research I came to know it was that. Bought all the stuff I needed for them to do my nails and the itch when away. Never again did I have the itch. 🙂
