If that can help. I tried several method from internet but not worked. >>I find that it can be the Front camera modul flex could do issue. I opened the phone and disconected it ( check tuto). >> The phone start normaly. -I saved all the data and i will replace the front camera.

HeIlooo, I hope you can help me with these questions: 1) hard reset will delete all my data/photos? Because I have no backup :( 2) It is still a battery problem if the logo from 2:40 min appears once? 3) If I replace the battery, it will delete all my data? As I mentioned, I have no backup :( 4) My phone started showing the bootlooping (apple logo) over and over again, then it turned off, and the battery low logo appeared, I plugged it and the apple logo appears again and got stuck, do you still believe its a battery problem? I wouldn't like to waste my money in something that wouldn't fix it :(

Hello, a hard reset will wipe all your data as it’s a factory reset. If you replace the battery no data loss, and finally from my knowledge and understanding, most problems is from the battery from defective battery cells preventing normal functionality of your device but of course there is a possibility for any other reasons too. When you take your iPhone to the repair shop, the person should confirm anyway if it’s a battery issue when they insert the new battery. So if the other solutions don’t work in this video, then I would strongly recommend replacing the battery. Can you please like and subscribe

​@@yesyoucan8821so it is possible to just change the battery and not make a reset? cause most of the repair shops told me they need to reset the phone to make the battery work at 100%, but that didn't happen to you on the video....I don't want to lose the data :(

@ yes, you can change the battery but don’t apply a reset, otherwise you will lose all your data.

@@yesyoucan8821 Hey! Got news! The repair shop told me that the problem is in the phone plate, does it will affect the data? They cannot guarantee 100% that this will not happen but of all the cases they have tried they did not lose data, should I try it?

Hey my daughters phone is literally doing the same thing, I believe it's the battery as well. We just replaced her screen, screen was cracked bad and half of it was blacked out. and on top of that she hasn't used this phone in almost a year. We did notice the battery looked kind of weird, like deflated! Is there a certain website or store on amazon you'll recommend to purchase the battery from?

Sorry to hear. Seems like a battery replacement needed. I would suggest using either EBay or Amazon to purchase online or alternatively, your local mobile phone repair shop will supply and fit for you.

Some how I was able to make my screen go black and I just left it till the next day then put the charger in

@@manisahyusof Yes. The battery was puffed up, the phone (iphone 5) only turned on when charging but it was boot looping. When I replaced the battery, it started working normally.
