I'm sorry but the Seventh only outstrips this man with hax powerups. He convinced his village to fight effectively against a Bijuu and led the charge by whacking said behemoth with a titanic bo. No energy bombs or blasts, just pure and simple whamming. Only thing that equals it is Kushina's chains and even those are hax.
