Good, timely review as I slowly evolve (devolve?) from backpacking to car camping. "Accept you for who you are," should be picked up as a product tag line. Hilarious.

I made fun of these for a long time, until I used a friends and then got one as a gift. Now I’m a convert. Light and compact enough for my gear boat, easy to use bag, great size seat, good height, extremely durable, and even more comfortable. I’ve got hundreds of river miles and thousands of kids sports hours on mine and I’ll never go back. A few ember burns but going strong. I’m really not a yeti fanboy, but these chairs are exceptional and worth every penny. Downsides are the cost and having to move people, because it’s always the first chair that gets taken whenever I get up.

Can’t imagine a $300 chair kicking around in a boat for me. Target market High end motorhome dweller in the KOA. Great option for the “Who you are folks” .Those ALPS chairs you reviewed a few years ago I think were $50 on Amazon of which I think are great. I like equipment reviews so keep updating us.
