There was a lot of great stuff in here! I had to back up many times to see exactly what you were doing.

I want to set this processing up to trigger from my Push live for vocals at a show!! Any chance you're working on a video for that Yeuda?
@SideBrain3 ай бұрын
That's a great idea! There is no video in the works as of now. But just in general. You can map or automate the on/off of the rack from the PUSH to turn on when ever you want. There are new additions to the PUSH that are coming like Macro Mapping (Including mutes and on/offs) and triggering Macro Variations I'll add this to the video.

Wow I so love Ableton, I made a great decision years ago switching to this DAW despite the negative things people used to say about it when comparing to Logic or Protools at the time.
@reecemcnaughten41604 ай бұрын
I love how the logic/protools debate is finally considered a waste of time. It seems now the only people participating in that debate logic/protools users. ableton folk too busy actually using the DAW to make/compose/record/perform/release Music

I got to say that all DAWs are amazing. But yes Ableton has a special place in my hear.

Not me realizing that's a SEGA Dreamcast arcade stick. Well played. But in all seriousness I can't wait to upgrade.

Do you have a video where you go into "running the vocal through AI to change the tone" or can you provide some more details here on the method? I'd love to revamp samples like that.

Using auto shift makes it sound too processed. Living in an over-processed world gives me the disire to leave things as raw as possible. Live music has a quality that over production ruins, in my opinion.
@SideBrain4 ай бұрын
Yeah absolutely. I think the Auto Shift can still be an amazing transparent tool. You can turn down the correction amount and the of course the extra layers volume. But yeah Live music will always have that special thing
