I have cancelled the meteor and own a roadster bro and I'm telling you its such an enthusiastic motorcycle. My bike like to pull a lot and I love it. Personally i didn't feel any discomfort in higher speeds. And yeah talking about the service experience, its amazing, atleast they care for us compared to so called segment leaders. Additional tip for roadster owner : till initial 400 kms there will be slight heating but afterwards everything will be smooth like a butter. Thanks for reading. Do not underestimate Yezdi Roadster. I have both bikes in my family. How many kilometres you have driven ? I drove 1800 kms and this is becoming beast day by day..🔥 1. Breaking in extra ordinarily strong 2. It feels like KTM in 2nd 3rd gear (Powerful) and a cruiser in 5 and 6th gear 3 Sheer road presence 4 I drove at 100km/hr and it becomes a monster on road with 0 vibration

I recently bought the meteor 350 supernova blue and I must say that the bike is so good. RE has done a great job. Love the exhaust note , people just stare at your bike. Rode it for 1000 kms and loved every bit of it. Also RE has service centers in every nook and corner of India unlike Yezdi , so u won't have any problem.

I recently bought yezdi I nearly went to book meteor and surprisingly for me both vehicles were available after Rto like in a week but I loved yezdi and I wanted to check it again and went to warehouse to check colours and I was amazed by the silver colour and booked it and it’s been a month and first service been done oh my it’s a beast and it’s eye catcher for sure and many ppl have asked me whether it is a triumph even re owners envy me and there is no wobbling use of handle at top speeds like the classics which I came to know by my frnd. The main drawback of this vechicle would be its height and weight and it’s ground clearance is high and anyone below 5.8 would need to have pair of boots to ride this and most importantly spares are really costly and I hate locking the handlebar seperately overall yezdi power and comfort is better than re any day.

I don't know about the Roadster but their Scrambler has poor build quality and a very harsh engine. So I wouldn't say Yezdi is better than RE if the Roadster is similar to the Scrambler.

@@twowheeledparadox its their first attempt so its much better and with time they will evolve...Check the history of RE monthly or even weekly visit to mechanic for bullet and classic models, broken himalyan and much more...yezdi/jawa, honda etc are far better....I am not against RE but I am saying all this in favor of riders/customers....market always should be in a healthy stage of competition so that customers can get better products and services with continuous improvement...

@@sssrp First attempt? Fine. But as the products stand now, RE seems to be making higher quality products. It is sad that Yezdi is not getting it right with their products because I agree with you that competition between manufacturers is always good for the consumer. You have seen broken Himalayans and I have seen broken KTMs. Yet, KTM did not get the kind of attention that RE did. I am not excusing RE of that quality lapse. I am saying that bad products should be rejected and good products should be preferred. When a product has both good and bad aspects to it, look at the what matters to you but also look at the whole picture. A product of bad quality can become good and the reverse can also happen.

@@twowheeledparadox RE still is notorious for the Himalayan having issues with the coneset 😂 also the chain issues, oil leakage, etc, their classic 350's having issues like the oil leakage, engine head issues, tappet issues, coneset, brake issues. And FYI KTM's that broke off where in the very beginning and nothing after that Whereas RE still has issues

@@raajrane KTM had major issues in their Indian bikes all the way up to 2015. The broken frames I have seen were in a 2012 200 Duke and a 2016 390 Duke. The infamous engine-killing coolant-oil mixing issue in the 390 was mitigated in 2019, six years after launch! So KTM and RE are at par with each other when it comes to issues. Yes, RE should fix the cone-set issue but so should Yezdi fix their quality issues. Yezdi has met RE head-on with their catalogue but has not excelled over it. Yezdi missed an opportunity here.

I brought and riding Meteor since last 02 months and still regretting for skipped the roadster. If I remove RE brand name from Meteor, this will not even compete with Honda Activa in what's ever USP all talk about. Activa top speed 90kmph and Meteor only run smoothly in 90kmph. Infact any 100cc motor will beat Meteor 500mtr drag race. The Meteor colour combination and quality looks cheap, over priced, Fuel indicator not working at all, sometimes showing in reserve when tank is full, the Eveready tourch gives more light than this headlight, lots of wearing harness exposed, seats are very avarage cushion, 500 rupees back shocker exact same comes with TVS moped, the digital meter is half digital and not showing the speed, also its smaller than a wrist watch and so many I can count. Few good thing though, I like the clutch that is surprisingly good and the breaks. Breaks are awesome. So the conclusion is Roadster is far better than Meteor and extremely value for the money. I have been scammed for the RE logo.

Not a right comparison for the long ride!! But was looking for this comparison video for other aspects such as design, fit and finish. Honestly Roadster is much ahead in design, fit and finish. You see plenty of gaps at the engine in RE Meteor and toomany wires that are awkwardly visible in RE.

Pros - Styling top-notch, often called Harley, peaky, rev like heaven, hardly any bike go ahead on highway, proper sports cruiser, Cornering very easy, Enthusiastic riding, get a premium vibe, brakes a charm, super comfortable for pillion, can carry extra 50 kg luggage with no effect on performance. YEZDI Roadsrer is not a cruiser. Don't compare it with RE. Yezdi has short stroke high speed engine. Very low torque at low rpm. Frequent gear shift. Practically useless. No roadside support. No good support in service center also.

Should’ve brought a meteor 350 in fireball black with the bar end mirrors. People are saying how he’s definitely payed by RE cuz he’s saying that the Yezdi is lighter but feels heavier. Bhai jaake dekhlo dono bikes ko showroom mei, all 3 yezdis feel very heavy for some reason, don’t know if it’s the weight distribution but it’s very heavy. I was gonna buy Yezdi after taking 2 test rides but then switched to the meteor. Except for power and led headlight, the meteor is way better than the Yezdi in literally every other way.

Based on my test ride I'm going for roadster, feels more exciting... Even though i haven't driven any powerful bike till now above avenger, meteor felt very easy to ride although I was a little worried for test drive.. On the other hand roadster felt exciting.. I likes the looks too..😅

@@ishuPandey03 yea roadster has 30bhp. But the Yezdi and jawas have serious problems. They all heat very quickly and even overheat and shut down. Even tho they are liquid cooled and have smaller engines compared to the air cooled Enfield which never gets these problems and never overheats, even tho I ripp it at the max rpm. It’s up to you at the End of the day.

Yes, Roadster is a decent motorcycle but it just feels like a sports bike in a cruiser's clothing. It's too heavy while sitting stationary, The engine misses that thump and sound more like a bigger pulsar, The weilds and overall fit & finish is below par for a bike demanding such a premium and the fuel economy is pathetic. So as I mentioned, Despite of being advertised and designed as a cruiser it suffers a identity crisis.

Style wish I felt that meteor is good. But engine wise I would go for roadster as it offers both better power as well as liquid cooling. Moreover roadster offers LED whereas meteor is halogen. Weight wise it's upto the rider because some like bikes in lighter some heavier. In terms of milage i felt meteor is little better compared to roadster and also in roadster you have to constantly shift gears if you lower you speed specially in traffics.

Dude, it's the weight balancing that determines your ability to handle any bike, not the weight of the bike itself. As far as Meteor is concerned , it is heavy but easier to manage because of its fine weight balancing. I have been riding it for a year and it feel awesome.
