Pros: Looks Braking Stable at high speed Easy to maneuver Cons: Stiff suspension. Lights are not that much bright. Clutch is on harder side. Engine clatters in city traffic & you have to downshift quite often.

Engine catering/knocking can be fixed by using Premium petrol of 91 octane. Rear suspensions are adjustable it becomes soft but front suspensions are hard.

Absolutely, one of the very important factors to take ur final decision. I am getting abt 28-30kmpl with spirited riding. If u keep ur hand a little light on the throttle, u can get about 32-33kmpl

Please don't ignore nut/bolts rusting, claim replacement. You can keep spraying WD40 spray regularly to keep them from further rust.

Bro adv n Himalayan have been made specifically for touring long distances, not only are those for comfortable, u can also carry ur luggage with much more ease. Suspension travel is much more and the setup is a little softer too. I would suggest if u r looking at touring regularly, then buy a proper adv, be it a Himalayan or Adventure but if u want to tour 300-400kms once 2-3 months, then scrambler would do the job too. It's much more fun in the city as compared to the bigger adventure or Himalayan

I bought this same colour bike in Feb Headlight grill costs 600 Rupees. Wind blast is too much even if you are at 70 kmph..need to fix a good windshield.otherwise bike is awesome 👍

Yaar, how do you feel about the tyres? Considering no main stand and tube tyres, how much of hassle would this be?

Hassle in terms of? If u r talking about cleaning the chain without the main stand, obviously it takes a bit more effort, there are alternates to a main stand in the market, eg groller which works just fine. For repairing a Puncture, it takes a lot of effort, especially if u r at an isolated spot. I have got the tubes filled with formula x but even then I carry spare tubes just in case reqd. You should be hands on with repairing a Puncture and even changing a tube and should carry the right tools with you on your ride. Hope I have answered your question.

Not really! May be you want to check the fuel. Try changing the fuel station and note the difference. I feel the jerks only at higher altitudes

If u r considering this for once a month weekend ride of 400 kms n rest of the days in city, this would be absolutely fine. If you want to tour regularly, then I would suggest u look at yezdi adventure

What kind of issues sir? Haven't faced any prob yet. The only prob I encountered was when I was turning the handle to the right, RPMs used to increase, probably the throttle used to get stuck under the handle but was immediately fixed by the svc engineer once I brought it to his notice.

Unfortunately the heating issue will persist. Right side gets very hot and uncomfortable especially during hot riding days and while stuck in a jam.

Rusting in 1 month is really a deal breaker, it shows the quality of metal used and off-road bikes needs to be rust proof as it tends to be covered in mud and dirt most of the time. Isse phele cycle Chalata tha kya.

Totally depends on an individual if rusting is a deal breaker for him or her or not. Once you start enjoying that engine, and the way this bike performs both on and off road, atleast for me, the rusting takes a back seat. Haven't ridden the rc 200 bro. But this isn't track bike for sure which RC is. And if u r looking to ride on the track and go fast and improve your skills in doing so, this is not the bike for you. This will let u go over potholes and rough patches much much faster and much more efficiently than even an RC390!

Haven't faced any knocking issue as such. U can easily do 35kmph in the 3rd gear in city traffic without much engine noise. Heating is something that will have to live with, radiator fan keeps on running most of the time u r riding the bike and is a little loud, hence can get a little annoying at times, so you will just have to get used to it. Take a test ride, if u get a smile bigger than what u got while test riding any other bike to test rode earlier, go for it. If you ask me, it's a beautiful looking machine, unlike anything else in the market right now and performs good too!

Radiator fan kicks in bery early and stays on for a very long time but heat management is very gud, u don't feel any hot air being directed to ur legs. But the radiator fan is pretty loud so gets a little annoying sometimes.

I myself had test ridden this bike twice even in 20km speed if its 2nd gear knocking exist. In traffic one will have to shift gear to 1st.

Sir I have ridden the bike for 6k kms now, yes knocking exists but not to the extent that you are mentioning. You don't have to shift down to 1st gear everytime you are in traffic. It all depends on where do u keep ur RPMs.

O yes, in off road sections u will have to keep it in the first gear just because u don't have the roads to increase ur throttle input and hence increase the speed. Haven't ridden the vstrom250, so can't comment on that.

Buddy depends what do u want to do with ur bike.. if you want to tour regularly, then go for 250adv but if u want to ride in city more often and go for a long tour once in a while, then scrambler is a gud bike.

Yes the engine heats up a lot and tge radiator fans keeps on running for long periods. If u r on the move, u won't feel much but if u r stuck in a jam during summers, it will get a little uncomfortable and some of hot air is thrown on ur legs.

I have done about 1100 kms so far, all in the city...no issues whatsoever. Engine does up quite a bit and the radiator fans also keeps on running for a long time but u don't feel a lot of heat on ur legs, heat management is pretty good

Sir if u r consistently doing long rides, then scrambler isn't the right bike for you, that's what I have mentioned in the review too. In that case you should look at either yezdi adventure or Himalayan or 390adv
