Does it grind dry spices in small quantity?

Hi! The BlendLab Pro 2.0 can handle dry grinding, but we don’t recommend it as the oils released from dry masalas may cause jar fogging. Although the jars are safe to use afterward.

That is fine as long as it does not damage the jars. However, I want to know if it grinds dry spices in small quantities. Like if I combines spices and if the total quantity of it is half or one fourth cup?
