Omg they scammed me too! I purchased the 26” loose wave bulk braiding hair in “super double drawn” because of the influencer promotional video for the hair. When I tell you they sent me a hybrid of loose wave at the root, with deep kinky curly ends that was dried out, matted, tangly, shedding, and frizzy… I was irritated. Because I opened the package(thinking the hair would loosen up when wet) I was ineligible for a refund. The gag is, this company doesn’t respect black people. These scam artists tried to gaslight me into thinking it was the same exact curl pattern as the video but it clearly wasn’t. So I opened a case with PayPal for a refund. You can tell they was irritated because they kept blaming me for the frizzy texture, and admitting that they processed the hair that way at the same time. Then they insulted me claiming I didn’t know the difference between loose wave, and kinky curly even though I showed them a screenshot of the hair advertised in their video vs what they sent me, and they still played dumb. Because I lost the case, they then sent me some bullshit explanation that because of gravity, the hair will be loose at the root, and curly at the end, and said have a good day. 😂😂😂 it’s time to report them for fraud.

I like the ones I got., but not love them and yes 300$ is too much to be paying for the hair., I took my out within 2 weeks. So basically I wasted my money .. when I could have just got some 20$ hair!
