Thanks MrMel!! I was using the Th calibration with progcard but i will use your method now. one last thing on vbar gov 2 tab i must leave the sliders to -100 +100? There is no more need to check TH delay and max speed ( led off on YGE)? Thanks

Hello Mr Mel, I have a YGE 60LV in my X3, paired with Scorpion motor 1580kv, 13T pinion, 131 main spur gear, 6s power system 1300mah batteries. I did exactly what you did on this video, but when I got to the last part where finally the ESC is ready so it can learn the max speed, when I get to full throttle the Esc cuts off and goes back to beeping mode governor store mode. But when I set my throttle curve to 0-60-60-60-60 on normal mode and go to full throttle then it doesn't cut off anymore and the beeping stops also. I was wondering if the Esc learned the max speed by doing so, will I be able to set a proper flat curve on stunt 1 & 2? Thank you so much..

It's using the internal governor, where it store "what range is optimal" for this setup, i.e. it remembers so each time you spoolup to XX% it will always be same RPM as first time.

Hi There, Great Video i remember seeing this a number of years ago. I am trying to set my Gov Store, but it it not blipping when I rev it out with a linial 0-100% throttle curve. It is in a Compass Atom 500. Would this be because I removed the power from the esc plug first on the prog card and not from the RX first? of i sthere something I may have potentially missed

Are you suggesting you can set gov store with half the cell count you would fly with? It kind of seems that way.

For those that made the same assumption. You need to program the Gov Store with the cells you plan to fly with.

It's a old vid so not expecting a reply but if anyone could help it would be awesome. I use normal gov mode (no store) when I Power up at 75%th I'm at around 1950RPM then switch to 85% I'm at 2250. Switch to 90% nothing happens. If I spool up in idl up 1 85% I'm around 2000 rpm when I switch to normal mode the headspeed drops to 1850. I'm totally lost here. All on a fresh pack

I do not support cloned products, being a developer myself I would never. However, I can this fact; No, YEP is 2009 firmware, not even close to todays smooth YGE.

what is gov. why use storegov i want govON govstore is for 100% thr to learn max rpm then you dont put it gov. why the card have GOV. no one use it regards

I do not believe the YGE has bailout I'm afraid.
