You have studied well the Indian Succession Act-1925. illustrative explanation skill is nice. my question - married daughter could have got 5 acre land from fathers property, if she would have demanded. but she did not. she has a son and grand daughter. Her son and she died. Can her grand daughter demand the 5 acre land from her grand Maa's father? Provided that her grand Maa's father is demised. his property has been divided among his sons. one son is also died whose property has been sold to else one.
