Sir Let suppose A Ne B par case Kiya Order 33 rule 1 ki application ke saath Legal Ownership B ke paas hai aur barred by Limitation bhi hai aur abhi Filhal order 33 rule 1 pe A ki jaanch chal rahi hai abhi tak case accept nahi hua aur B ko court se koi notice ya summon issue hi nahi hua kyunki jaanch chal rahi hai aur aisi condition mein B ne C ko bech di toh kya hoga

Sir I have a question, that if there is a case pending between A and B. A is the legitimate owner of the property and A transfers the property to C. Then according to rule of absolute interest, the liability of facing case should also be transferred with the property to C. Is' nt it??
