You can Ritual Summon this card with "Chaos Form". This card's name is treated as "Dark Magician" while it is on the field or GY. Once per turn, when a Spell/Trap Card or its effect is activated (Quick Effect): You can target 1 card on the field; destroy it. If this Ritual Summoned card is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can Special Summon 1 "Chaos" or "Black Luster Soldier" Ritual Monster from your hand, except "Magician of Chaos", ignoring its Summoning conditions.

Konami should just quit making ritual monsters at this point unless they don't have to be summoned with spells

Rituals monster are hard to balance. Last time they tried to create a good ritual deck, it was nekroz. As soon as they came, they were tier 0 and, even now, they would probably be tier 1 or 2 in tcg if konami unbanned them But, to be honest, Magician of chaos is a best card in a blue-eyes chaos max deck

@@RealCarpo Nekroz were only good because they were a whole archetype of unbelievably powerful main deck boss monsters and freaking Kaleidoscope is a thing
