Despite only taking it to 1 locals years ago, I'm still known as "that guy who plays Fur Hire" XD But I gotta admit, seeing this does put a smile on my face! May have to revisit my furry friends again haha.

I topped locals with fur hires and have never seen a more confused table. Got stomped by orcust, but it was still fun.

Other than their inherit summoning, the archetype has a problem where the monster negates have to discard a fur hire monster and does not destroy. The deck is fun as hell though

Konami give us a link one please, you just traded the problem of getting vielered for getting ash'd It's good support but the core problem of fur hire is nothing be self contained, the deck doesn't have a raye, gazelle, eclesia, etc. Eveything is stupid hand dependent

Facts. The decks problem is pretty easy to solve, but this doesn't do that. And I honestly struggle to think of a reason to play it when Tribrigade is coming out in the same set.

@@Celza I know. Sadly, this kind of decks never get good support. I mean, it's not a bad card but is a -1 one in card advantage, in a deck that doesn't generate resources easily. Hope they get something else 🙌

It doesn't make fur hire meta but it makes the archetype stronger so I wouldn't say that it is bad.

​@@Pyrokatze I never said it had to make them meta or that it did that, I'm just saying that it really doesn't really do enough to justify playing it. If you don't hard draw it turn 1 (because it isn't searchable) it's not really going to be useful after that, so you have to play 3, but really don't want to do that. I'm not saying it's the worst most garbage card Konami could've given them(not for a lack of trying), but considering the waves of excellent support most archetypes(some much worse than Fur Hire) have gotten? This is really disappointing bottom shelf stuff.

Logical Juan what are you on about? This card is really good and anyone who plays the deck knows this is a guaranteed 2-3 of. It makes the deck more consistent and helps play around some hand traps. Even on turn 3 and onwards it can at least be used to negate cards (with Rafael/Wiz) if it’s not activatable. Yes, it’s not going to fix everything and yes other archetypes have better support but to say this card isn’t a good card for the archetype is just crazy.

@@Celza If you say so...As someone who plays the deck, I have a hard time justifying this card. Having to tribute to get a Fur Hire is nonesense, that's already bad. So okay, you can dodge handtraps, if you hard draw it turn 1(cause again, not searchable) and after that it is pretty much useless and makes you regret having to run any more than one. Having it be discard fodder, is a bad defense, because that can be said about all the cards in the archetype including the trap(and you shouldn't play that either). And at no point did I say it had to fix everything, but I'm not gonna praise this card, because it might help in one and only one instance. There are definitely better ways to improve the deck than this. On it's own, it's meh. In the context of support this year? It's a slap in the face. This card is like being given a tshirt to wear in winter. It's technically helping, but basically does little to nothing.

Logical Juan This just tells me you’re spoiled by other broken cards and you don’t know how to decipher what makes a card good. You’re really tell me that only looking at the cost of that isn’t even that bad for a good effect isn’t good? Cmon you’re clearly asking for way too much. Not everything has to have a broken effect or have 5 different effects. This cards gets out the best card in your deck and you’re arguing that this isn’t a good card? Lmao
