I studied David this summer and I saw that when He asked God for counsel, God gave him the counsel and many times He gave him the strategy for what to do. I believe we should seek Him on everything. I believe that's what He desires.

I used to be in the new age, and I got ideas that weren't from God. But now I have ideas that come from Him. Getting information from Satan isn't the same thing as getting it from God.

Asking His will IS going to Him. The Our Father is sufficient! I've been teaching this for 4 months, but the flesh keeps entering into their prayers. Not every situation in scripture is perfect prayer for us. Our paths are all different.
