There are so many things I have to say- 1. Ichibie's reveal has been undermined severely. 2. Why does ichibie not look more satanic? 3.when they used so much darkness for the last core and most episodes in this one. Why not here? Why have they not used dark theme and more "black" in this episode? Ichibie's power literally is ink and black. 4. Why do they think just making his eye white will be enough to make him look evel and stuff? 5. They really didn't need to change the aushwahlen timing and show. It messed with ichimonji reveal so much. In summary, these two episodes are the only one in tybw that i don't like. Not that the episodes are bad. They are just not good as expected or as the manga at least

Recall that Sternritter N (old dude with glasses) kept on looking at the sky when Yhwach left for the palace. He knew this was coming and he’s basically dead when he got left behind. Also in case you missed it, auswählen was the reason that ichigo’s mom died. Yhwach took back her Quincy powers as she was fighting grand fisher.

[Tidbits & Clarification] - The fight sequences between Uryu/Hascwalth and the 0 squad were never in the manga - We saw at the beginning of the Series that Urahara is not above using people to see his goals through, so Hiyori's questions towards him are very poignant and likely in some way shape, or form true. - The DeathDealing allows Askin to calculate the "perfect lethal dose" or the amount of something that will cause death of any substance he takes into his body. He can then raise or lower that value as he sees fit, inducing a lethal dosage of that substance in those around them. (By drinking his Blood He can make blood lethal) - We see that Ichibei seems to relish in the idea of killing Yhwach, further expressing that He isn't some sort of figure of justice. - We now know why the Quincy Robert [Glasses Quincy with a gun] Was so afraid of not being brought up top. Unlike many of the other Sternritter, he's older and knows the cruelty of Yhwach. They removed his scene in this episode where he was freaking out and explaining what was going to happen.

Auswahlen is what Yhw used previously to regain his power to begin with after 1000 years of recovery. It's what took the power from Ichigo and Uryu's mothers as well as all other "impure" quincies. I don't know what "kake" means, but Kami means god/deity so I'm assuming it has something to do the the Soul King but I guess we'll have to wait and see.

So far, they have changed the order in the episodes, than the way it appeared in the manga. People get hung up on the Quincy name when talking about Yhwach, yes he calls himself that, but at the end of the day he's a Transcendant being, similar to what Aizen currently is, and what Ichigo was after leaving the Dangai, and his current form. In the novels, the Soul king was never referred to as a Quincy, if Yhwach is his "son" wouldn't it make since him being a similar omnipotent being?

This Yhwach is not transcendent, he's at the upper limits of the current "dimension" same as Ichibei and current normal Shikai Ichigo. Only after absorbing the SK does Yhwach become transcendent, Ichigo only after his HoS transformation

Ichigo has proven to be transcendent when he passed the test to be the soul king candidate during his training at the soul palace. Yhwach even in his current form is that, currently he's a being who can manipulate souls, take people's power, give powers, and this is with his eyes currently closed.

That same Ichigo would later be affected by Askin. Askin is not affecting any transcendent being by virtue of him not being transcendent. Yhwach being able to take souls has no bearing. Gremmy could create life and grant power but he wasn't transcendent.

Aizen after he merged with the Hogyoku was said to be such a being, people and things literally disintegrated when getting near him, but Gin, even though he wasn't, still almost killed him with his Bankai. Gremmy was limited by his own imagination, never said he was transendant. I don't like putting spoilers in his comment section, Yhwach is such a being, he's not nerfed during this fight, remember what Hashwalt said in the Manga, he was fighting with his eyes closed so that he wouldn't rob the Quincy of there power, he was choosing to fight with less power, and not bring out the A schrift until after he was defeated, he literally says in the manga that he couldn't believe he was this powerful with his eyes closed, or something like that. I understand where you're coming from, it's an interesting convo to have, we all see things a different way when it comes to anime.

If you read the manga, you would know now that a massive change from the manga for the final fight is probable, especially since Kubo himself said he was disappointed in the ending of TYBW and apologized for it being so rushed. I actually don't like this. In the manga yhwach v ivhibie is one sequel and i like that. Adding and mixing all the other things makes the fight less meaning and exiting In the manga, yhwach did auswelhen instantly as soon as oh etsu killed his royal gaurds and revived them. So when yhwach faught ichibie his fight was not interepted by the whole bikkering and screaming nonsense

Personally I didn’t have a problem with the depiction in the anime, shit was raw, I just think the pacing was slower in the manga because you can linger on each page and let the scene marinate, while in the anime it’s over rather quickly. The soul king's power don't work against him or a part of him. Yhwach being the son of the king, is a part him. That is why almighty couldn't see through ichibie and that is also why only using pernida (not the name the time) could almighty be sealed. 2. It is the most powerful thing. How? Well every other power (exept the king or his parts) is nothing in front of his power. One sploosh of his ink and all the antithesis, balance, x axis, visionary and all the bankais and abilities are gone. And no one is fast enough to dodge all the splooshes of ichibie

It just made his look like a weak idiot who had to be rescued by her and couldn't do anything against neonzel. But after that they didn't need to change anything else. Not the antithesis showing so early not the balance showing so early not the so so so so soooo bad reveal of ichimonji. In the manga ichibie looks so much more demonic and scary when he splashes him. Plus idk why the had to make the hands and feet that ichibie used be absolutely American white. I know it's lighting change but that also made it less satanic. Plus till his power was fully shown yhwach could not step inside the palace (the bridge) after he drew the line. But here he is literally standing inside when he called his auswehlen. Like wtf? Why do you even need to defeat him now? Go run and chop up the sk if you are already behind him and towards the palace. Idk man it's so underwhelming
