I should of left an explanation when I made the video but the enemies are taking damage because of an ego gift called "Thrill". It inflicts rupture and rupture count to all enemies, and at the end of the turn, it does rupture x rupture count damage. This stacks with the barbed snare gift which also inflicts rupture at turn start. By literally doing nothing, enemies just automatically accumulate a lot of rupture and just dies.

thrill: inflicts x rupture potency and y rupture count. at end of turn inflict damage equal to rupture potency amount multiplied by rupture count
