Same old story with INEC coming late , No enough transportation , materials etc we have seen this movies many times in the past from INEC . Preparation for rigging agai as usual ? of course with the Nigeria favourite INEC CHAIRMAN ENJOYING HIS JOB . There can never be a perfect elections in Nigeria so long as the mindsets of the political parties, the politicians and the general public remains the same. One cannot possible fault the logistics problem because the bad roads and traffic jams. However, having the voting materials to be delivered the previous night will also create security threats. There is one defect that can be control only if EFCC cites violators, arrest and take them to court for some jail term and is votes buying. The consequences of the votes buying offense should be melted on both the perpetrators and the political parties. The penalty should include jail term for the perpetrators and a substantial amount of fine to the political parties. It is a shame that this practice goes on in all elections in Nigeria without a an example of punishment that will serve as deterrent in future elections.
