I respect how confident you are Yianni in your decision making that’s why you are so successful but company’s are built on good staff and basically your whole team are leaving that’s a huge gamble but I’m sure you will make it work, looking forward to your next journey.

Company’s are built on the foundations and the staff are the bricks you use to build on.. Staff are very valuable but you can never only really on them or you are held to ransom as a business owner. I have over 70 cv’s sitting on my desk and I can turn 3/5 of them into world beaters in this industry.

Workers are like the tyres of the car, they help keep the business moving.. but the owner is the driver, and without a good driver the car aint going to the destination or the car will crash.

If I learned something in nearly 35yrs business’ing - no one is irreplaceable. It may take time to find a similar star or takes time to train a similar star, but you’ll get eventually another star that can shine. The best wrappers in the industry started off with zero skill. No one is born with the skills required.

The only reason they got to the high standard is because owners/managers have pushed the high standards hence the cars being checked so many times to ensure the car returns to the customer the best it can be. Edit. Football is a good example. If you have a bad manager you have a bad team. Hence the managers always loosing their job. Not the player.

Yiannimize as a car wrapping business will continue to grow absolutely no doubt being at Urban is a dead cert for that. Yiannimize as a youtube channel may be the part to struggle as judgeing by the comments no one really cares about the wrapping, most just all watch as the staff are so entertaining so i think your being naive to think you can just replace this "family" Let's hope you replace them well *you wont* as your biz needs more than just good wrappers as wrapping and S media go hand in hand these days.

Can I ask a question for someone to answer? Why when tinting a window does water get used for pulling bubbles out, but when wrapping a panel it a done dry? Love the staff and the channel, can't wait to see how things go going forward with the MK move etc.

Vinyl has air release channels tint doesn’t, like PPF, so PPF and tint are installed wet
