Second opinion: Keep things simple. Reinvest and compound everything. Don’t save for taxes during the year. Sell or use some dividends when taxes come due next year. Rinse + repeat.

Agree... Don't let taxes ruin your investment goals. You can always take profits later to pay your taxes. Also, The interest on your loan may can be used for a tax right off. Ask your Accountant. 👍

Bro, just open a cash management account with Fidelity to sweep your savings into for taxes. It’s earning 2.69% which is probably better than your bank. Or leave it in your core sweep account which is close to 5%.

Have you considered opening a robinhood account? If your margin cost is cheaper, you can leverage more to reach your goals faster - if you are comfortable with your strat etc - wish you all the best - cheers!

@@ScottsPC to me it would be more of a hassle to pay double the interest to a less competitive brokerage account with your hard earned money passive or not it’s yours, I don’t like paying the fat cats unnecessarily so they can play more golf, cheers 😎

I just opened this week. No faxing emailing to open account. Opened on Monday and by Wednesday after market money was in RH from Etrade.

I don't think it makes sense to save for taxes. You are cutting down your final return by a high margin. Look into it. We can pay taxes after we make more money
