My husband got as an adhoc teacher through backdoor appointment. But sadly after serving his duties fully and wholly, Nagaland government fails to release salary in time, gaping for more than 6 or 7 months and even credit hits the hard in our lives. Next time, Why no all youTubers come over as one on late salary. .

Here I would like to point some points as to why people avoid sending their children to govt schools. 1.Poor school infrastructure 2.Uneven deployment of teachers ( understaff in rural areas and over staff in urban areas) 3.In most of the GMS there will be no science or maths teachers. 4.Inefficient mechanism to deal with proxy or absentee teachers.

I totally agree with you. Some Govt School shows poor results is blame goes to Teachers whether we accept it or not. Some Teachers never keep proxy nor do they go to School . If the village council does their part in the proper way in an honest manner proxy culture will not exist I believe but rather they are supporting the Teacher, never realised they are killing the child's future. I am a Teacher and I do know many proxy keepers but Thankfully in my Area/ Range proxy culture is no more existing.

Really appreciated and well said. Please make vedeos on the salary of teachers under government of Nagaland. There are some teachers who are doing the same duty under same designation but getting the quarter of that regular teacher with no allowances, yearly increments and any future security where there are clear absence of equal pay for equal work.

In Our village too husband,wife teaching staff they kept proxy teacher since from the beginning .No student union n council has complaint to teaching staff anymore.In the year 2022 IAS officer excellent DC has been posted in the district n noticed that all those corrupted functioning,after seen this he tried his best to change any dept at any cost but some miscreants had threaten not to issue any order against dept in any branch,that was the heavy lost in the district.The story of our graveyard

A Govt. servant in any Department , should serve the Govt. with sicerity and dedication to serve the public throughout his entire service since his daily wages are already been paid by the Govt so also his service hours already bought by the Govt. his employer and no one else .He cannot disobey or neglect his duties giving unnecessary excuse during office hours . Absent from duty without taking leave or permission will invite you suspension or even service termination . Govt is your father in service , your God in service till your retirement and it's benefits you are entitled 👍🙏
