bro his 15% crit rate form inherent skil add 15% from base stat (main c. rate stat + 15% form skill) or 15% of the base stat (15 of tatol c rate main stat)?

Hmm I think Yinlin's signature weapon is really strong - the standard weapon really doesn't compare to it, making it a solid investment if you have Rectifier DPSers like Encore. Plus you can swap the weapon back and forth between characters when doing Tower which is really nice! I'd say if you have two-three teams that you're really happy with, you could go for her weapon, and if not - it might be better to save your currency to pull units to give yourself more flexibility down the line. You can always pull the weapon again on the re-run.

Yinlin's Stringmaster is a really strong weapon, and is a tier above the current standard 5* so I think it's a solid investment, especially if you're using Yinlin or Encore. As for the 1.1 characters, Changli feels decent, but Jinhsi seems to be pretty strong, especially if you get her sequences or weapon. Of course, changes could happen, but I think if you're looking at it from a purely power perspective, going for the weapon or Jinhsi are both good choices. Personally, I go for characters early on, and then focus on weapons later as my teams get established, but I frequently lament not having good weapons so make sure you decide for yourself :P

If you start now you are garanteed 3 5*. And with all the bug compensations you can also get Yinlin(if you don't lose 50/50) and her weapon(100% garanteed)
