【EngSub】Beijing Couple Live in a 200㎡ Siheyuan together growing over 600 Species of Plant 北京夫妻在家造植物园

Xiaowu and Xinqi are a post-80s couple who work and live in Beijing. They have renovated a 200-m2 siheyuan in a hutong in downtown. There’re a yard, a balcony, running water and over 600 species of plant from all over the world. They didn’t feel boring at all when quarantined at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In May, the couple gave Yit an online interview to introduce their idyllic life in the city center.
80後北漂夫妻小武和欣琦，在北京鬧市的衚衕內，改造了一個200m²的四合院，有小院、露台、流水，養了來自世界各地的600多種植物。搬進這個家後有2/3的時間是疫情後，居家隔離時，一家三口也不覺得苦悶，5月，一條遠程探訪了他們的家，體驗在市中心的「山野生活」。

很能理解。我也是在疫情期间迷上植物。特别想要一个温室。但是又没有时间去管理。我妈老催我去盖新房子。可是我舍不得种植多年的树和花草。她不能理解为什么。每次买新的植物回家我都回跟我女儿解释这些是你的弟弟妹妹。特别是为她的出生重的果树，希望陪伴着她，一起长大，成熟结果。
