YJ brake booster master cylinder upgrade

Installation of the Dave's Customs Unlimited brake booster and master cylinder.

This is the best option for 35 inch or smaller tires. The 95 YJ setup is no longer available at napa auto parts. If you're going to run larger tires the next option is hydro boost.
I will be keeping the D35 in front with Chrome Molly G2 axles, the rear axle is going to be the 03 Explorer 8.8 disk brake setup which is why I purchased the proportion valve. I'll try to respond to all comments even you trolls.

If your booster is bad and the 95 came with dual boost you can get it serviced at rock auto. Com or so I'm told. What's it doing? Lots of help in jeepfourm.com too

@@JuicedMoose I'm doing a booster master cylinder combo swap. The master cylinder was losing fluid and I had no leaks. I have it in place and my pedal is too low. I need to pull it and adjust and bench bleed next and then new lines

The sensor on that proportionate valve is actually removable if it's the same as mine and it looks the same.

So far yes. Once I dialed it in it actually will lock up the rear 35s if I want it too. It stops way better now but I do have disk in rear. Make you you let the seller know what you have.
