He is not even kidding when he says that the cabin is his own pinewood Taj Mahal - the cabin is essential in Norwegians' lives. In recent years, it has been a little more difficult to get some of the ladies to a cold cabin without running water and electricity. But the men, they love their simple cabins with cutlery and crockery in all shapes and colours, old decks of cards and the opportunity to lounge around in the same old trousers all week. Ylvis are brilliant. Maybe you'll recognize them when you hear their biggest hit, The Fox.

I am literally going to a cabin with my girlfriends in a few weeks lol It's so typical even if neither of us (by Norwegian standards) are big outdoors people. Playing cards and trying to ski for a bit😅
