Let me also point out that reversing the situation in the way she did was just as abusive as what he was doing. She's a superior, forcing an employee to debase himself at the risk of termination. He could totally sue. Might not win, but still, they're both in the wrong. So childish, and inappropriate for any workplace.

I’ve said this about a Dhar Mann video, but if an actor is saddled with a horrible script and directing, there’s only so much they can do. Even bad editing can make them look bad at their job. It’s why I couldn’t imagine auditioning for PSA’s, where bad acting and scripts are kind of par for the course. Also, for what it’s worth, I don’t get the impression of actors trying to make it from these videos. The vibe I get (and I could be wrong here) is of people who do something for a living that isn’t related to acting, who knew the people making these and were offered money to be in them. Either way, I would lay the blame on the writing and directing, and on the very notion that the people making these had that Dhar Mann is someone to be emulated.

I feel like the problem with Generation Hope's portrayals of racists and mosogynists (this goes for the other videos that Adums watched) is that they're written so cartoonishly and one-dimensionally that a real racist or misogynist could watch this and go "Well, at least I'm not that racist/misogynist, guess I'm fine then". Sometimes racism/misogyny isn't as blatant is some people think, even the most liberal leaning and well meaning people can have racial biases and microagressions. Sexual Harrasment can come from people you trust the most. Portraying these bad people with all the nuance of an after school special probably does more harm than good. Plus, it's corny.
