Working out alone has a huge impact on your overall looks including making your face look better, finding a hairstyle that hides or enhances facial features, having a skin care routine to combat any skin imperfections you may have, and cleaning your your eyebrows and beard. Everyone is born with different potentials but not everyone takes care of themselves enough to maximize it. Also I don't believe in mewing or bonesmashing but self care is definetly important.
