Thanks for the shout out bud! I wish alpine came with a backpack to hold all that shot and honestly I have to say even though the wave is a great line up and addition, the stale packaging really dulls the punch of presentation. The no artwork packaging is very reminiscent of those old dollar store exclusives, which looked very cheap.

I think I’m gonna pass on all four of the main lines… I’ll pick up a whole bunch of the carded cobra troopers, at least two stingers and whatever version of cc we get. I think it's a good wave but I'm really not feeling the Storm Shadow Version 2 figure. ..maybe it's just a bad picture but my first impression on it is he is the weakest one in this batch. I'm really digging the Iron Grenadier and the IG BAT, the gold trims really pop and stand out. Alpine looks ok as does Stg Slaughter , mainly because of that duffle bag. Glad you made this video it was fun to watch👍

As far as the packaging, I don’t like the boxes as well as the recent wave of Airborne, Quick Kick, etc….I thought that was close to perfect. I like to display all of my “in box” collection in numerical order with the box art showing and it would’ve been nice if they could’ve kept it the same but we knew it was coming. At least with the boxes being smaller, we can’t fit more on shelves, etc for display.

Wow! I really did not expect to get this much traction! When I saw the Viper Island video and it was stated these releases were (at the time) rumors, I knew otherwise because the day before, my rep called and we went over the call list for which I placed my orders for my online store (It should be noted my rep hasn't dropped the ball yet in the 4 years we've been dealing). All I can say is I'm humbled, grateful (hopefully all this exposure helps my 2 channels) and thanks!

I'm over the leaks. It's kinda fun but then again I want the surprise when the team reveals everything MORE. As for the wave, I'm a little underwhelmed. Trooper is my favorite but I wish they would have went full Officer body, since I feel like he has the cleanest, less is more, simplistic design. Alpine is my next most anticipated but I'm iffy on his look overall. Sculpt swap coming. Stinger is badass!! I'm shocked they didn't wait a couple more quarters but I'm excited to get it regardless. Crossing fingers Coco from the Hood is true.

Hooded Cobra Commander is just a case of needing the right person at Hasbro say yes. You can go back to old interviews where something was stated “never again” or impossible, then it’s on shelf 3 years later. Made for a good story and kept a buzz about the brand. 100% agree not a fan of spoilers.

I have mixed feelings about the leaks. For budget planning, it is good to know what is coming. But it is nice to be surprised during a livestream especially when there were no digital renders from Hasbro for this wave. Storm Shadow v2 was one of my most wanted for classified. But after seeing the leaked pics, I’m kind of disappointed. I want to see the livestream and more pics before overreacting too much. For a minute there, I thought you had a hooded Cobra Commander. I think he is more valuable to Hasbro as a pulse exclusive or Haslab tier. I doubt they will ever give him a mainline release with all the drama around it (their own doing).

Retros have way way better decos and in some cases better load outs, still not classic load outs just reuse. I'm wondering if SS is going to yellow in a year or maybe sooner. I hope a Vamp 2 and a Nok Stinger would take priority over PP/TF/NF variants. The boxes are the worst yet, and that's saying something to lower the bar even more. I'd love to see a velcro pull cover, you could have all this nice cover art of the figure, then you open it and inside you could get a collage of 5 to 6 promo release photos, and we would see the figure. I'd be happy with that more than single language, full size cards. Just a decent display box that is pleasing to the eye, one spine with a half torso and figure number, the other with a full torso art, the back with the "bio", you interact with it, open it, you see this figure posed all crazy, you see it interacting with other characters and you go, I want those guys too.

Generally a good offering. Alpine is a very young rendition that I may hold off on. On the fence about IG BATs but I'm keen on the gold and clear chestplates to swap with my other BATs. IG soldiers are fantastic and Im elated they went with the Rise of Cobra design. I actually like that Storm Shadow a lot even though it's not how I imagined it might be. Stinger looks sexy and the driver is fine (more pop and swap opportunities with the head). Easy pass on all Marauders.

Spoilers are a bit much and prefer when they are shown as planned. So far I want them all but can live without another B.A.T. Stinger Storm Shadow v2 Iron Grenadier Alpine Iron Grenadier B.A.T. Cobra Trooper ...all looks solid to me. Though the B.A.T. being a pure recolor of the Arctic B.A.T. is disappointing. A unique arm at least would have been nice. At least the CoCo may be a render first tomorrow.

good talk video bro because I want - get 10x reg troopers, vipers, bats black troopers are no interest to me I m already at 30 troops infantry, it s good. how big do you build yours at this scale? [classified] I like to have my troopers standing in lines for review, 2 rows of 5 in this case CC standing in front of them, with other high ranks, add same for vipers, bats, and now it looks real, or, the cartoons. I m always surprised at how much the cartoon - comics affected people to re create scenes, or a story depicted. I want to re create blue waves of troops charging 2 - 3 Joes expecting them. on a dio, of course. I m not buying more bats than the regs now and yeah, where s Destro??? stingers at g stop? mmm at least, I d have that. so now you know... good show bro
