you get him from the yo-kai circle just bossing around, get all the friend form boss yo kai to unlock him

It's called the All or Nothing Shot, but I tried multiple times to see if the shot would actually work to no avail. I assume when the shot actually works that the name displays, but I guess I'm just unlucky because it would never work.

@@Garouiscold You need to fuse the Perilous Pearl with Snartle. You can get a Perilous Pearl from the Ambrosia Pavilion by beating Brutle. He rarely appears as the third dish of the Sushi Tempura course so it is not always guaranteed you'll be able to fight him.
