I just made this bag and I love it! Your instructions are so easy to follow, and I love that you are very specific about seam allowances and things to watch out for (like making sure the zipper teeth face the lining when sewing the entire bag together). It’s these little reminders that helped make me feel successful! (And I didn’t have to rip anything out and do-over!!) ❤

Your instructions are wonderful. I will make the smaller version. I'll need to keep my phone with me 24 / 7. I hurt my left knee, tore my miniscus, and sprang it I currently have a brase on my left leg and a cane in my right hand. So i need to keep my phone handy just in the cast, I fall again .

In the pocket with the card slots, can you put card slots on both sides, instead of the rfid fabric? I made your other one like this but made it an inch wider. I also added a slip pocket on the back outside panel. Love it., Now I want to do the card slots.

If I use a number 5 zipper do I need to make any adjustments? I have made so many of your patterns and I love all of the patterns. Especially love how you keep your printed instructions to only a few pages. I have bought other patterns and I never use the instructions because I always follow the videos but have to buy whole thing to get pattern. Only need three or more pages but get 30. Thank you for doing such a great job teaching.

Hi Cathy, no you don't have to, though you can slightly increase the seam allowances to scant 3/8" when sewing the zippers, since size #5 has wider tape. Thank you for your kind words.

If your fabric has the right side and the wrong side then yes, you need to lay the lining fabric right side down. Have fun with your project ♥️
