always really impressed with him as an actor. definitely had a depth and pathos that was way beyond his years. i really wish someone would've asked a question about brad renfro. i am still angry that hollywood turned its back on him and didnt give him a proper send off.

An excellent interview. I only wished that Nick Stahl would discuss further in greater detail his work experience on the film BULLY and how it may have negatively affected or even worsened his later substance abuse and sex addictions. Brad Renfro didn't survive his inner demons.

Just wait, I'd say with Hollywood currently flushing out all of the perverts there could be an unprecedented opportunity for up and coming or returning actors to advance their careers by leaps and bounds. Let's hope Nick sees that trend, too, and is able to capitalize on it. I never paid much attention to the man before this, but he is certainly one of my most commented on videos, and I can really feel the outpouring of love for him; I'd say he has a chance that would otherwise have surprised me before getting to know more about him. Best of luck, Nick, sincerely.

Can tell he has a good heart. Someone needs to give him a chance to work again in the industry. Tired of all the good roles going to just a handful of actors.

I'm so glad this interview was here. 1st and format to let me knit he's alright. I just kept seeing these things at him mossig. I mean not just in the 2012 time. but even up to this one video from Jan 2017. then saw this for fab 2017 so thought oh, thank goodness. and I can stop googling in different ways. or stop trying to scurrage around trying to find something more recent. and with that movie American Dream and there being no recent info on it. and nothing about release date. so not sure if because of him missimg. or if later this year. or ?? so couldn't have that to let me know. anyway that was 1st reason I started this. then watching was glad to watch just to hear his voice and see him his being such a great person. ok, thanks again. Bill :)

I would want to ask how he dealt with the ways people treated him as not necessarily an actor but a ridiculouosly attractive man. People don't talk much about that. Naturally. Who wants to say, "Well, since I am *so* gorgeous...." Or, "Man, life as a really beautiful person is hard!"

Nick won awards for his performance in "The Man without a Face" with Mel Gibson. He was superior in that movie.
@mightytrashclip53006 жыл бұрын
However, I always wondered why the writers had Nick come out to the living room in his underwear. Almost like they were trying to make Mel Gibson's charater look guilty.
@risingoneagleswings17766 жыл бұрын
+Red Sonja not a child hitting puberty who is around someone who is not their father. Plus remember earlier in the movie, Mel Gibson's character was accused of molesting a child.
@redsonja22916 жыл бұрын
I know, it is supposed to look like it, but I don't think there was anything to it. Why would Nick's character be so fond of Mel's character if he was molested?
@risingoneagleswings17766 жыл бұрын
+Red Sonja Because 90% of kids that are molested are abused by someone they know. Usually it's a friend or family member. Many kids without a father develop close friendships with adult men who in some cases abuse them. Some boys stay in relationships out of emotional need even though non physically forced sex abuse is taking place. I think the writers were trying to make a point.
@redsonja22916 жыл бұрын
no, I think the writers wanted the cops to have a better reason to be "sure" of what they had suspicions about. But I don't feel like that is what it's supposed to be, I feel like it's innocent. To each his own I guess.
