Sandy that looked like a great Stromboli !! ! Your comment about ( the ugliest things sometimes end up the best ) reminds me about my buddy’s saying years ago . We were going to a bar and his moto was go ugly early then you can be picky later . Anyhow great cook ! Your making me want a Yoder . It will have to get put on the want list for now though .

Sandy that was a good video idea. The strombooli looked yummy. Kudos to the chef and his boss. Whats next smoked stuffed portobello mushrooms? Smoked cedar plank salmon? The boundaries are limitless. Thats one hell of a great grill. 650 degrees! That temp really makes the grill versatile. Thumbs up.

Very nice video showing capabilities of the new Yoder Wood Fired Oven. What size pizza peel are you using? Looks like it fits well in the oven. Thanks again for all you are doing with showing Yoder capabilities. Learn more each day.

Thanks for the kind words. I think it is a 12 maybe 14 inch peel. Glad you're here!

Been searching around for some people doing wood fired strombolis. I think you would've had a beautiful looking one if you would have flipped him over, with a bit of flour under so he can move. (Along with a few slits to breathe) Otherwise, awesome job!
