The only thing he lacked as a player was really fast sprint, other than that, he had it all: hands, tackle, kick, strategy, awesome passes, drops, hands off.

Well thank you for watching ! Yes as you say, the complete package. The only thing missing...consistency ! Alas, the most important ingredient in the modern pro game. He is in spirit an anachronism of old Rugby tradition in the cold modern mechanic setup, much like Michalak in France for e.g. Sexton or Farrell are MUCH less talented but, you have to call them the better players !

yoe91 he was very consistent up until 2011 before his first major injury. From 2011 to 2014 he played very little rugby. And now, yeah, he is inconsistent. In his Prime, he was a real beast. Cheers!
