TRICK You don't have to learn adv of each asana seperately. Common advantages for all Asanas: 1) Physical & Mental development of body 2) Reliefs from anxiety and depression 3) It improves digestion and other organs of body. You can create multiple points by these 3 points by writing each thing in different sentence. Common CONTRADICTIONS for alll Asanas 1) Pregnant women should avoid doing this asana 2) Individuals suffering from knee, shoulder or back injuries should not perform this asana or perform with care & guidence.
