And honestly, I felt that I enjoyed the video more going through the pain with you. So thank you, you got out of bed to work out in a fun way. 9:22 well for when whatever reason you wish to do this again Aj the trick for tree pose is similar to how ballerinas don't get dizzy when they pirouette with picking a point in the room can be anywhere so long as you are able to see it and just stare at it and not look elsewhere at all while you move your body in your desired way.

Thanks for letting us Patrons judge you. I truly enjoyed that. Congrats on winning, Gwen! You all did a great job though. I definitely wouldn't be able to do those yoga poses. Nate's reversed camel at 6:50 would probably be the only pose I could manage. 😉 This was so funny as well. I laughed out loud several times: 5:30, 7:00. And all those sounds, especially from AJ, understandable but hilarious. 😂 AJ: "It's yoga, it's supposed to hurt." Ummm...🤔 I suddenly noticed the background music at 10:50.. Excellent choice of music > "this really isn't so awful at all". 👍 Thanks for enduring the pain in order to give all the Encounterers this fun new video!
