Useless? In what way? I guess it depends on what use you are looking for? I find it very beneficial for both mind and body and even soul :) So anecdotally and subjectively from my own experience it works quite well for me. And objectively, I’m pretty sure there’s loads of scientific backing, which science journals have you been looking in lately? 🤓 Also.. have you tried yoga yourself?

I recommend dandeli its not very far from goa. Its forest with nice resorts and river activity to do.

@@CultureDrift I was there last year. could call it underrated. Its a well known place mostly to nearby cities. Its also known for West Coast Paper Mills Limited. One of the oldest and the largest producers of paper.
