Gentle exercise, such as walking, can help the healing process. Heavy lifting and strenuous activities should be avoided for about 4 to 6 weeks.

Dear Madam please remember preacher should be follower first. Instead of a model doing the exercise I would rather appreciate if you yourself do these asanas and exercises. You dont need to use a model. I am 65 and practice all these asanas past 35 years. Though I have a balanced body shape yet flat stomach is pretty tough. Its very easy to preach. 😂
