For years I was suffering from lower back pain do a military injury and years of practicing sports. I spent hundreds of dollars seeing different specialty doctors, chiropractors and physical therapists with no results! Nothing was helping me getting rid off my lower back pain. The only option the doctors gave me was to have back surgery, which I refused! I spent some time doing research and found this video. I gave it a try and at first it was a challenge because I had never done these type of stretches before. Any way, to make my story short, I’ve been doing these yoga stretches for about a year and a half and these Yoga stretches really helped me get rid off the my lower back pain. I do not wake up anymore with stiffness in my back, I am more mobile now to the point that I started doing triathlons. I had never had the time to post comments so I just want to say Thanks YOGA TX for the free videos. Your videos really helped turn my life back around!

This is the best yoga for my back. My back used to ache every time I used stand in the kitchen to cook or work on the desk for more than half an hr.. since I have been doing this exercise on and off my back has stopped hurting.. has never been ache free since ages.. I just want you to know how grateful I am to you and how much you have helped me. I have Fibromyalgia & Osteoarthritis. I love the Video's you do for back pain and this one is very helpful. I practice Yoga with you everyday now and this has been the best thing for easing my pain. You have been a God Send to me. I can't go to the Gym and practice Yoga everyday. hi, this is my 2nd evening (and very first time doing yoga) using your videos, and I absolutely love Cole after just 2 vids. But I am wondering because I am starting out is it normal for me to feel so stiff while doing these positions? In some positions I find it somewhat painful. But I am not ready to give up yet!!
