I love your videos. I'm a nursing assistant. I do lots of lifting and tranferring patients. My back has pain sometimes and these stretches and your yoga workout helps me out a lot. This is like medicine. Thanks and bless!!!

I started doing yoga about two weeks ago due to severe back pain. I felt relief within days, so I am making yoga a part of my daily morning and evening routine. And Cole's videos are just the best: Thanks!

For years I was suffering from lower back pain do a military injury and years of practicing sports. I spent hundreds of dollars seeing different specialty doctors, chiropractors and physical therapists with no results! Nothing was helping me getting rid off my lower back pain. The only option the doctors gave me was to have back surgery, which I refused! I spent some time doing research and found this video. I gave it a try and at first it was a challenge because I had never done these type of stretches before. Any way, to make my story short, I’ve been doing these yoga stretches for about a year and a half and these Yoga stretches really helped me get rid off the my lower back pain. I do not wake up anymore with stiffness in my back, I am more mobile now to the point that I started doing triathlons. I had never had the time to post comments so I just want to say Thanks YOGA TX for the free videos. Your videos really helped turn my life back around!

Omg THANK YOU! I have been suffering with chronic back pain and have been away from my fitness practice for too many years. This is exactly what I need to begin my journey back to a healthy lifestyle. I can already feel relief after doing this once. I'm about to repeat!

This is the best yoga for my back. My back used to ache every time I used stand in the kitchen to cook or work on the desk for more than half an hr.. since I have been doing this exercise on and off my back has stopped hurting.. has never been ache free since ages.. Thank you so much for this video:)

I just want you to know how grateful I am to you and how much you have helped me. I have Fibromyalgia & Osteoarthritis. I love the Video's you do for back pain and this one is very helpful. I practice Yoga with you everyday now and this has been the best thing for easing my pain. You have been a God Send to me. I can't go to the Gym and practice Yoga everyday. They only have it 3 times a week so this wasn't helping me enough. Thank you so much for what you do. Many blessings. Namaste!

Thank you, I love this video. It really helps my dad's back pain problems. My dad also have problems with varicose vein and I want to help him with yoga but I can only find individual poses on the internet and I don't think I can put them together correctly. I wonder if you Yoga TX could make a sequence of varicose vein, please?

hi, this is my 2nd evening (and very first time doing yoga) using your videos, and I absolutely love Cole after just 2 vids. But I am wondering because I am starting out is it normal for me to feel so stiff while doing these positions? In some positions I find it somewhat painful. But I am not ready to give up yet!!

Can you do a back stretching video for people who have had knee surgery (can't put weight on knees like in cat cow or camel and cn't bend knee so heel touches bottom like in child's pose)

hi, is it safe for someone who has screw in their back and thighs due to an accident 10 years ago? no pain, just extremely weak muscles due to several years of restricted movement
