Hi Bharti..First of all, Congratulations for being one of the dedicated and talented yoga trainers who knows exactly what she is doing. I wanted to know if one can practice this during periods as well??

Thank you Vandana! Some of these poses are quite intense to be done during periods. I would recommend refraining for the first 3 days of the periods. I have a separate video specifically for yoga you can do during periods. Maybe you can check that out :)

Of course. there is no difference in practice for men or women for this.

Either is fine. Just have a 3-4 hour gap between food before practicing.
