I am benefited by following yoga process described by yoga gurus of siddhiyogateachertraining. Description is very intense and detailed. It also describes how to overcome initial discomfort. Also it point out the probable mistakes. Thank you all yoga gurus for your great efforts. I have one suggestion please provide 360 degree view so that gap between legs or other position will be clearly visible to viewer.

Thanks.💜 But it's not a follow along video. Sometimes you do the excercises to follow along and sometimes not. I also have to always look on the screen to read the advice. I think it's more a video to watch and then write down what is useful.
