Here is a a 30 mins Daily Yoga Practice you can do to manage your diabetes. In this session, I’ll guide you through gentle yet effective asanas & breathing practices to support your journey toward lowering blood sugar levels.
Remember consistency is at the key when it comes to health. So try to do this practice on a daily basis along with watching your diet.
