Hi Allanah, I have PCOS and I didn't get periods from last 9-10 months. I underwent a forearm both bone surgery last year and I have rods in my both bones radius and ulna because of that I can't do these yoga which involve hands. As my bones are still weak and fragile and my weight is more so it is difficult to do your PCOD yoga which induces periods. Kindly make a video for menstruation and weight loss and in that video please limit the use of hands (especially stress on hands) I would be so thankful to you if you do so. 🙏

I have PCOS with no periods no ovulation cant get periods without medicine already doing yoga from few months but still no periods what should i do now ttc from 7 years 😭😭😢 You are great and doing v great job 👍👍❤
