Awesome class, dear Emma. I'm not a consistent runner, but I hike and walk a lot, so this class targeted exactly what I needed. I love that you cue to bring shoulders over wrists as a transition to Wild Thing! I don't know any other instructor who does this, so I appreciate this important information! It's like a secret that only you know and you pass on to us! 🙂It's fun to see you practicing at home. It makes it seem more personal and intimate. But regardless of the place, I'll always come back to practice yoga with you. Thank you!🦄

Thank you, Karen! I learned that from one of my teachers, and it totally helps keep the shoulders safe in wild thing. otherwise we have a tendency to dump :) It is much easier for me to film at home, instead of working around the yoga studios' schedules!

Commenting again because I truly love this class. It's the first one that has helped my legs feel so much better after a run. I'm not sure if you're a runner yourself but you did a good job with this one. I hope you do more classes geared to runners. Thank you! ❤

Thanks for this great feedback, I'm so glad it helped you! I used to be a big runner, but stopped a few years ago due to a knee injury. I've been getting back into it with the help of these stretches!

Emma, it was awesome ! I'm used to foam rolling, but the self deep massage tissue with the shin/knee was terrible ! Instead of legs at the wall (there's no piece of wall available near my TV), I did viparita karani on a block, love this variation ! Thank you for another great class, I just sent them to my friends who run a lot🙏
