Love your whole 10 minute upper body playlist! The shoulder rolls are fairly difficult for me-- I would be interested in a practice that was specifically about shoulder mobility, as well as anything else to counteract the effects of sedentary desk work!

Hi, I didn't realise just how tight i am. I could not drop my elbows to the ground they were stuck in the air 🙄 my back is tight. I have a hip impingement this seems to have tightened up my whole body. I will be trying your 3 day course. Thank you for all you do 😊

Love this so much! I’m a pole fitness dancer and I have large boobs, so I’m often very tight between my shoulder blades, meaning some tricks I can’t do. Doing this has allowed my shoulders to loosen and strengthen enough that tricks I’ve been trying to get for over a year are now possible

Thank you so much for this video sequence as I struggle with this area especially since I work alot sitting down, it can get so bad that even getting massages, they have been unable to release my traps and this has helped tremendously./ I can feel the difference even my boobs got softer as they get very tight when it gets bad,. thank you so much!
