In My Center You can learn YTTC (teacher training course) 200 hr, 300 hr.
Every month organised Advance yoga Class (non-certified). In Advance Yoga Class You Have opportunity to learn everything about Advance Asana.
Every Weekend We Organize one yoga Workshop (On different concept) in Rishikesh. During workshop you have opportunity to follow my two sequence if your body agree for that.

Hi anmolji I really enjoy doing your yoga classes n then add my own set of pranayamas n finish with a short session of meditation. Can u pl add few asanas too to your daily sessions n pl teach us the correct way to do pranayamas too Tnk u so much for the awesome sessions

Actually before i make pranayama video but my way is different. I follow last position of pranayama. And that nobody like may be so people not watch that then i stop

Anmolji namaskar! Iam 45 years old female learnt 6 months course & doing yoga & teaching for past two years do follow your videos & you teach so well step bt step.... Learning alot... Here one query... 1.In padhasthasana can't reach head inward & holding with hand... 2.Moordhasana also had to open legs wider about full length of the mat to bring the crown down to the floor.. not like you do just shoulder length distance & still bring your head down to the floor. 3. Here last can't go backward bending for wheel pose in standing as you do from top....but can do a little by walking fingers of both hands down till thighs only ..so please tell to get into perfect pose step by step .. 4. My right shoulder joint is also not as open as left shoulder..so becomes difficult to do ardhachandrasana or backward bends & 3rd variation in ardhamatsyendrasana... 5. Wats the reason daily practicing but still can't get tummy fat toned rest all the body parts toned well? Hope you will clarify my doubts in next videos of yours... Thank you so much...🙏🙏🙏

greetings, it takes time and for this dedicated practice is required. Sir is a professional and it has taken years (ages) to attain this stage and for us even an attempt we must be happy and one day or other with a support of family member or friends we can do. regards, ramesh
