Happy International Yoga Day
Everyday is a Yoga Day. But today is the day to celebrate the ancient practice that originated in India. Exercise is a must for a healthy human body. Among various forms of exercises, Yoga is one such and is a way to interconnect the mind, body and soul which our ancestors practiced and passed on to generations.
I am a dancer and I started Yoga just in the name of improving flexibility. But slowly I realised Yoga is not just about bending your bodies. It helps you achieve both physical and mental flexibility and helps you to connect to yourself better.
Me as an artist tried to present few yoga asans in the serene environment of Chitrakoot Waterfall.
