I did this 2-3 times a week for three months. At first I was a pathetic pile of sweat cursing at you, but now I can hang with most of the workout. I went from a 5 second banana pincha to a consistent 30 second good form pincha. As a bonus my L sit and tuck planche improved as well. Thank you!

wow thank you for this!!! i have been practicinf handstand for a whe but not really been able to hold. this is my 3rd time doing the work out and today i was able to hold my handstand for almost 10 sec for the first time:))
