Sun rising from the devil horns and setting into devil horns is so scientific and rational, but yoga is pure superstition and dogma. Most of the podcast was about superstition. But, no! Yoga is pure superstitious and dogma. Even though Buddha rejected the idea of Aatma(soul) and paramatma(God) but Buddhist form of yoga also is pure superstition and dogma. Great learning from you.

In my humble opinion Islam does talk about positive energy otherwise Nabi S.A.W wouldn’t have taught us this dua اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ فِي قَلْبِي نُوراً، وَفِي لِسَانِي نُوراً، وَفِي سَمْعِي نُوراً، وَفِي بَصَرِي نُوراً، وَمِنْ فَوْقِي نُوراً، وَمِنْ تَحْتِي نُوراً، وَعَنْ يَمِينِي نُوراً، وَعَنْ شِمَالِي نُوراً، وَمِنْ أَمَامِي نُوراً، وَمِنْ خَلْفِي نُوراً، وَاجْعَلْ فِي نَفْسِي نُوراً، وَأَعْظِمْ لِي نُوراً، وَعَظِّم لِي نُوراً، وَاجْعَلْ لِي نُوراً، وَاجْعَلْنِي نُوراً، اللَّهُمَّ أَعْطِنِي نُوراً، وَاجْعَلْ فِي عَصَبِي نُوراً، وَفِي لَحْمِي نُوراً، وَفِي دَمِي نُوراً، وَفِي شَعْرِي نُوراً، وَفِي بَشَرِي نُوراً “Place light in my heart, light in my tongue, light in my hearing, light in my sight, light above me, light below me, light on my right, light on my left, light in front of me, light behind me, place light in my soul, and make light abundant for me.“ Light or nur is made up of energy. (Personal Experienced Opinion lam not a scholar) Our deeds, words also have repercussions either in the form of good energy or bad energy. The more you charge yourself with Zikr Allah, Namaz or Good deeds, the more your heart finds contentment & positive vibes or energy, the more you are drawn to bad deeds, their effect and energy affects your heart & soul. And that’s why Allah gifted us with 5 Times Namaz so we can fuel up our souls with positive energy which is the food for our souls, in other words as per Prophet S.A.W Namaz was coolness of his eyes because if you offer the right mindful Namaz you feel surrounded by positive vibes or good energy.
