This sequence was a good mix of traditional yoga postures and light weight training. I used 3-pound weights, which felt easy until they weren't. That standing arm combination was hard! Thank you for the invigorating practice.

Wow I really enjoyed this video, and had a great workout! I like doing traditional yoga, but I also enjoy doing yoga fusion workouts like this one. This is one of the best ones of this type I have experienced! Thank you so much for this 💖👍 Those exercises we did for the hips/outer thighs were really intense and effective, and I could tell that though the movement were small, they went deep into the hip stabilizers 🔥 This is exactly the type of work I have been needing for some issues I've been having with my hips, and needing to strengthen those particular muscles. I have saved this video to my playlist, and will revisit often! 😁

There are a few factors in using yoga reduce weight. One plan I discovered which succeeds in merging these is the Yaras yoga tactics (check it out on google) it's the best guide that I've seen. look at the interesting info .

I think this video is best for people who are unfamiliar with yoga poses. Guiding instructions are helpful for breathing and focus but I found there was actually so much talking it was hard to even get through at any kind of enjoyable pace.
